🧾 1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on HackLab are digital downloads — no shipping, no physical goods. Once you buy it, it's yours forever.

💳 2. Payment Terms

• Payments are one-time and must be made in full at checkout.
• We accept major cards, UPI, and supported payment gateways.
• No recurring charges. No subscriptions.

🧾 3. Delivery

• Products are available for instant download after successful payment.
• If you face any issues accessing your product, contact us at subhan3439j@gmail.com within 24 hours.

🔄 4. No Returns, No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once downloaded, they can’t be “returned” — and we don’t play the refund scam game.

You can't un-download a file. So, no refunds unless the product is completely broken and we can’t fix it.

• We provide basic support via email for issues related to downloads or file corruption.
• We do not offer tech support for setup, customization, or third-party compatibility.
